NYPD focused on keeping streets safe amid tensions from Israel-Hamas war
The police say they are continuing to roll out citywide all-out deployment and all in-service training will continue to be postponed until further notice.

The NYPD released a statement on Wednesday saying it is doing everything it can to keep the streets peaceful as the Israel-Hamas war goes on.
The department added that they "know the ongoing events overseas may resonate with individuals domestically and that is hard to anticipate."
